Thursday, 4th October
Set up  will be Thursday 4th October, access to the Exhibition Rooms will be available from 9.00 am.

Friday, October 5th
Access to the Exhibition Rooms will be available from 9.00am for the setting up of stands. Stands need to be completed by Friday evening

Saturday, October 6th
Access to the Exhibition rooms will be available from 8.00am. The exhibition opens at 9.30am and closes at 5.00pm.

The 38th Annual Dinner to be held in the Derek Randal Suite, Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club, Nottingham  and tickets are £55.00 pp.

Sunday, October 8th
Access to the Exhibition will be from 8.00am.  Exhibition opens at 9.30am and closes at 5.30pm.

Monday, October 9th
Halls will be open at 8.30am to break down the stands.


The Standard space allocated for each Exhibitor will be 10′ x 4’6″.
Tables will be provided if required. Sizes available are 2′ 6″ x 6′ and 2′ 6″ x 4′.

Catalogues for the Exhibition will be printed with information on all Exhibitors giving, names, addresses, telephone & fax numbers, product information, stand representatives as well as e-mail and web site details. There will be no charge for this service.

Advertising space is available in the catalogue. A cover price of £2.00 will be shown on the catalogue but will be free to all Members, Exhibitors and Visitors.

3,500 Catalogues will be printed of which 3,000 will be distributed prior to the Exhibition.

In common with all other buildings Trent Bridge has a NO smoking or vaping policy. Provisions have been made for smoking to be allowed on the balconies of the pavilion. The security guards and stewards will be responsible for insuring that the smoking ban is adhered to at all times.

It was brought to our notice that some Exhibitors were still putting their stands in place at 10.00am on the Sunday morning and disrupting potential customers reaching other Exhibitors. We also had complaints about some Exhibitors taking their stands down before the official closing time. This does cause embarrassment where Exhibitors are still talking to customers and where visitors have travelled a long way to attend the show. It has therefore been decided in the interest of all parties that the following rule will apply.

All STANDS MUST BE IN POSITION BY 8.0AM ON SUNDAY MORNING AND NOT DISMANTLED BEFORE THE CLOSING TIME OF 2.00PM ON TUESDAY. IF THERE ARE EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES AND THESE TIMES CANNOT BE MET PERMISSION TO DO OTHERWISE MUST BE REQUESTED OF THE ORGANISER. ANY EXHIBITOR NOT ADHEREING TO THESE TIMINGS WILL NOT BE OFFERED SPACE THE FOLLOWING YEAR.
